Join hundreds of hikers in the fight against heart disease by taking on the nine mile course across the most challenging section of this historic wall, from Walltown Quarry to Housesteads Visitor Centre.
The route gives Heart Trekkers a unique opportunity to conquer the iconic landmark, built in 122AD, where participants will take in 9 miles of challenging ascents, deep descents and breath taking views with every step. Last year, those who took on the challenge helped raise over £50,000 towards the BHF’s life saving research into how we can prevent, diagnose and treat heart conditions, which is improving the lives of those affected by heart disease.
A British Heart Foundation trek is the perfect way to support the nation’s heart charity, help save lives and improve your own heart health at the same time. The British Heart Foundation relies on the generosity of its supporters to fund life-saving research.
To support the nation’s heart charity, sign up to join the fight today. Entries made before 31 January 2017 will benefit from the Early Bird entry fees which are £10 for under 18’s and £20 for adults. Entries made after 31 January are £25.00.
