Tullie – Schools Programme

Start Exploring

Tullie is a museum, art gallery, community hub and generally cool place to be (even if we do say so ourselves). Our heritage is something we’re incredibly proud of and shapes who we are today. Inspiring lifelong learning is at the very heart of what we do.

We do this in many ways, including sharing the stories of the objects in the collection, our work with schools, introducing children to the museum through crafts and play, changing exhibitions and regular workshops and events.

Primary schools are our speciality, and all our sessions are led by trained staff members from the museum. Through our carefully designed workshops based on the museum’s collections, we endeavour to provide an inspiring and meaningful learning experience, with enquiry-based learning at the centre and a love of curiosity and exploration at the heart.

We also offer free self-guided visits to under 18s please get in touch to find out more or head to our website at the link below.
