Travelling on Hadrian’s Wall: Coronavirus/COVID-19 Statement

Public transport services to access the Hadrian’s Wall World Heritage Site are continuing to run to provide transport to residents and key-workers. At this time all public transport is for essential travel only and social distancing measures are in place.

Announcement from Go North East - AD 122 Bus Service

We can now confirm that the AD122 Hadrian's Wall Bus will be starting to run a daily timetable from Saturday the 4th of July between Hexham and Haltwistle for the summer of 2020. Please be aware that for public safety the AD122 will be operating with social distancing restrictions which will limit the passenger capacity on the buses and that use of public transport at this time remians primarily for essential travel only.
